Bree O. Davis

Social Impact Strategist, Insight Global

 

Curating compassion for more than a decade, Bree Olivia Davis found her calling and love for youth development in 2018 when she began her journey as the Individual Giving Manager at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Metro Atlanta – tasked to build an unrestricted pipeline of philanthropic leaders committed to mentorship and the future of Atlanta’s youth. After much success in her role, Bree has embarked on a new career path and is the Social Impact Strategist at Insight Global, LLC. focusing on diversity, equity & inclusion and the Be the Light initiative.

As a mission facilitator and social impact strategist, Bree has contributed to raising more than $4M to support the Metro Atlanta

community while holding development positions at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Metro Atlanta, American Red Cross of Georgia, and The Atlanta Police Foundation.

With the passion of producing impactful experiences through volunteerism for corporate partners and individual stakeholders, Bree is committed to helping companies prioritize social responsibility and encouraging people to discover the philanthropist that lives within. Bree is often recognized as a strategic partnership maven; she envisions a society where we unite as one to make an unparalleled contribution in the community by marrying humanistic values at the intersection of compassion and social services. A recipient of the 30 Under 30 Award for the Young Nonprofit Professional Network (YNPN) Atlanta’s 2021 Class, Bree is recognized for her outstanding leadership, innovation, and commitment to community work in metro Atlanta.

An avid volunteer for organizations like Silence the Shame, Inc., Trees Atlanta, and The Elephant in the Room, Inc., Bree enjoys the part of life that keeps her going like being a Mentor to her Little Sister, Nadia, advocating for mental health and wellness through her candle company, Pure Nirvana & Co., and leading the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Taskforce at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Metro Atlanta during her tenure.

Bree hails from West Palm Beach, Florida, is a graduate of the illustrious Florida State University and holds a master’s degree in Public Administration from Nova Southeastern University. She matriculated to Atlanta, Georgia shortly after completing her undergraduate studies in 2014. During her self-care time, she embraces her love for reading and being a nature enthusiast by exploring the beautiful parks and excursions that Georgia has to offer. Her goal in life is to one day make an immeasurable difference in the lives of young people that will reverberate for many years to come.
